BA (Hons First Class) Philosophy
Master of Social Work

I help to deliver community engagement and co-design projects that enable a wide range of people to participate in work to improve health and social care, with a specialist focus on mental health and suicide prevention.

I also offer flexible and tailored support to individuals, teams, and organisations doing this type of work, including strategic advice, mentoring and resource development.

Whether you are delivering a specific project or need ongoing guidance and support, I can jump in at any stage to help – including when the work has hit a tough spot, trust is low, and you are not sure how to get things back on track.

I bring a rigorous understanding of participatory approaches such as co-design, combined with extensive hands-on experience in fostering collaboration for change.
